• Our First Initial Site survey and assessment is always FREE. We will visit your premises and after assessing your infrastructure and requirements we will offer a service that is tailor made to suit your requirements.

• As a MCP we have access to libraries of technical documentation from Microsoft. We are able to log calls directly with Microsoft. Most importantly you know that we are competent in all of Microsoft's products and are therefore able to offer competent IT support.

• Firstly, we understand that IT is an un-trusted industry, as previous business owners and IT managers we also understand why this is. We aim to be an extension of your business, a strategic partner. Because of this we keep things simple, we make recommendations but are NEVER pushy. We are IT people not Sales people.

• This depends completely on the individual circumstances. We can either charge an hourly rate or work out an "all in one" cost, that will cover the costs for all your IT support needs. We can guarantee that our rates are not only competitive but are more than likely lower than our competitors.
