Following a power cut, our client in the education recruitment sector found their systems, phones and

internet disconnected.

Within 20 minutes we were at the clients performing tests to ascertain the problem.

They had 3 units which 2 were unable

to reboot. I transferred power from the faulty unit and connected to another source. Then I moved the cabling from the ProCurve Switch to a Cisco Catalyst

and re powered their phones.

They were then able to reconnect. Business was effected for 60 minutes after diagnosis. Without our IT Support contract,
